What do you like best about Intercom? We're still new to intercom, but the ability to centralize all access questions for our members by having an autoforward create tickets has been great! Plus having the proactive ability to tell new users what to look for is amazing.

An all-in-one tool that helps us work more efficiently

PROS: One thing I really like about Intercom is its design which allows me to work with all the necessary features in one screen. With this app, toggling between screens is no longer necessary. We are able to respond to the queries of our clients faster with Intercom. Our teamwork is also better with this app. The notes and mention features are especially noteworthy. These make the distribution of tasks among teammates easier.

I like how the notifications are instantaneous, meaning I don't miss out on the latest updates from my customers, therefore resulting in quicker time to resolutions. Also, the direct image upload which makes things easier for us to send and receive screenshots for a better understanding of uncommon issues/concerns the customers who may not be able to explain themselves easily.
