"A Perfect Simple yet Powerful Customer Relationship Management Tool for Virtual Professionals"

What do you like best about Intercom? I find Intercom really amazing as I am new to it. In an office where clients and businesses are run remotely, a lot of equipment is needed. On Intercom, all you need is their platform and your personal computer with the internet. That to me is really amazing not to mention their mobile app where you can work from your phone too!
