Best IDE around
What do you like best? IntelliJ is smart and predictive when you need it, and out of the way when you don't. By mixing keyboard shortcuts with an intuitive and interactive interface, you never have to hunt for long to find what you're looking for, and can use the built in documentation to find anything else that could come up. What do you dislike? The predictive services sometimes try and auto-correct comments and variable names, which can get annoying for people who want 0 underlined ...

What do you like best? Up to date plugins for almost anything. Highly polished. Shortcut keys for almost everything. Continuous improvements with every release, which is quite often. What do you dislike? Windows Maven integration seems to be stagnant, it's got some issues that have not been resolved for some time now. No IDE this intelligent and versatile exists out there
What do you like best? Works with every programming language I have needed to work with over the last 5 years. Is easier to setup and get up and running than other IDEs like Eclipse. Provides extensive refactoring capabilities for all programming languages it supports, along with hints / suggestions for improving code quality and teaching developers about new language features. Finally, we love the "Local history" feature, which has saved us countless times after accidentally losing ...

An IDE that makes work easy
What do you like best? I love the extensibility of Jetbrains products through plugins. Also intellisense code completion works tremendously well. What do you dislike? Sometime preferences can be buried in menus. At least they have a search function to buy. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Source control integration. Database visualization. And easy to navigate projects.

Android experience with IntelliJ
What do you like best? We use it for Android development and it's a pretty good tool; very easy to use and has gradle support! What do you dislike? Upgrading is a pain and it's really difficult to solve compatibility issues. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're doing Android development using this IDE, and it's good because it's easy to use and people can pick it up quickly.

It can be a little bit slow sometimes, especially during launch. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allows us to develop software and debug quickly and without frustration.
