Powerful Java editor with worthwhile paid features

What do you like best? Code completion /suggestions baked right into even the free version. What do you dislike? Many worthwhile features in the paid version but it is rather expensive, especially at the enterprise level. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Makes discovering and renewing code smells and bugs rather easy, right as your writing it initially.
