What do you like best about IntelliJ IDEA? Very friendly UI, much more pleasant than Eclipse's. I can easily go to different variable declarations, classes, methods, and more with keyboard shortcuts. The UI shows me what's going on while unit tests are running. There's great support for Gradle, Maven, and a variety of other tools and frameworks. Syntax highlighting is very useful as well. What do you like best about IntelliJ IDEA? I like the way it automatically integrates plugins. For example, I open sql file. It will recognize it is sql and offer me with one click of a button to install code format for it.

What do you like best about IntelliJ IDEA? I like IntelliJ's GUI, it is very simple and making project specific configuration is very easy. Additionally, GUI is very similar to other JetBrains tools, therefore it is easy to adapt to the other tools such as PyCharm etc.
