What do you like best about IntelliJ IDEA? Very friendly UI, much more pleasant than Eclipse's. I can easily go to different variable declarations, classes, methods, and more with keyboard shortcuts. The UI shows me what's going on while unit tests are running. There's great support for Gradle, Maven, and a variety of other tools and frameworks. Syntax highlighting is very useful as well.
