This is by far most versatile IDE
What do you like best? It has support for almost any language. Refactoring features are second to none. Terminal window is helpful What do you dislike? Gradle is a bit obtuse and a little hard to grock sometimers What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am a developer. I solve various problems.

Ease of use and good integration and CI support
What do you like best? lots of good features: terminal integration, support for multiple language development support What do you dislike? Load time could potentially be improved. Starting the service after having quit takes a while. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Time savings in terms of updating config files on remote hosts from with in the IDE. Go to tool for all language development support.

Great design, powerful, and productivity-boosting software.
What do you like best? The overall experience (looking at mainly the look & feel, code-completion, shortcuts, and organization. For the theme, I use Darcula, which is great and helps me focus without straining my eyes on a bright white screen. The code-completion (although present in pretty much every IDE and lots of text-editors is snappy and highly used on my end. All in one
What do you like best? I have developed over 10 java apps with various frameworks all using intelli j. It makes the development quick and easy and debugging is a breeze. What do you dislike? gradle has some issues with syncing projects and sometimes, it hangs alot just to see minor change in code get reflected What business problems are you solving with the product? Best IDE ever
What do you like best? The best part of Intellij IDEA is that you can do anything by keyboard shortcut handy. Besides, the theme built in is also awesome! What do you dislike? Simply the best!
What do you like best? - Stability - Usability - Index-based global search - Comprehensive support for almost all frameworks and fast implimentation for updates of that frameworks - Continuous improvement - Broad set of plugins What do you dislike? Fluid. Best Java editor out there.

What do you like best? The shortcuts for programming are best. For example loop iteration shortcut What do you dislike? A complete antagonist of SublimeText but sometimes necessary
What do you like best? * Great support for compiled languages like Java, Scala, C++ etc. * Catches errors as you type * Interactive debugger * SCM support (Git, Subversion etc * Lots of plugins What do you dislike? * Takes forever to load.
