Very Powerful Development Tool

What do you like best? I love that Intellij will hyperlink class and method names so that you can quickly jump to the source code. It will even decompile class files from libraries and whatnot so that you can view the source of what you're using. What do you dislike? What do you like best? IDEA is a very mature, stable, fast Java IDE. It integrates need-to-have technology (maven, git, web languages, ... very well and provides sophisticated solutions for most use cases I have.
