IntelliJ usability
What do you like best? The usability for this product is excellent. In my time developing in Java, this IDE has been the most useful for me. The ability to easily refactor code has been superbly helpful while developing. I am also a big fan of the different presentation options. I personally love the darcula theme, the code pops from the background and makes it very readable. What do you dislike? As I previously stated, I am a very big fan of this IDE and I can't really think of any ...

Great IDE for maintaining projects, but has a learning curve.
What do you like best? It is lightweight and very fast. I have grown accustomed to using IntelliJ IDEA for smaller projects and for projects that are already established. The software itself is also very easy to maintain and install. What do you dislike? Deploying new projects can be a chore. A full time IntelliJ supporter.
What do you like best? Intelligent autocomplete and Ctrl click to go to source. What do you dislike? IntelliJ indexing is very slow it takes too long to index. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I use it for all my projects. It helps by intelligently suggesting the function names in autocomplete. This many times saves the time for you to go back and look at the object type.
