Very Powerful IDE
What do you like best? Love the amount of customizations it allows, the number of languages supported. Easy to run\debug, testing etc. Excellent code complete features What do you dislike? At times it can be a little too complex and hard to find the right settings. It can come with some pre-built options. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solving travel realted business problems. Enables to work on large and complex code bases

Perfect for those required to work in many languages
What do you like best? Incredible project intelligence. Adapts itself to every language I've thrown at it: Python, Ruby, PHP, Node, Typescript, Java, Groovy. Excellent integration with SQL databases. Mature third party plugin community. What do you dislike? Uses a lot of resources, can be slow when indexing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Editing code.

Just use it and then just say thanks!
What do you like best? That is very simple to use and really helpful in my case for the use of selenium with Maven for automation What do you dislike? Nothing , it has all that I need for my automation scripting Recommendations to others considering the product The only thing is maybe that the way that you can handle multi views is a bit slow What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Automation testing problem

Almost amazing user experience
What do you like best? I like that unlike Eclipse I can find the use of a function or method very easily with just a click of a button. Very user friendly. Also the fact that all the libraries are shown off to the side, the workspace is very easy to traverse through. What do you dislike? Sometimes extra java processes tend to run in parallel and it indexes multiple times over. I have to restart and invalidate caches much of the time in order to be able to properly use the debugger and ...

IntelliJ is a very user friendly IDE !
What do you like best? Easy to refactor code, saves code changes automatically, code completion suggestions, customizable keyboard shortcuts even for those Eclipse users that find it hard to switch to IntelliJ, seamless integration with VCS like Git. What do you like best? Easy to setup Ability to fine tune memory usage etc Integrated plugins with SBT, Gradle etc Easy to setup a project and git as well.
