What do you like best about IntelAgree? Provides a central repository for our contracts and it has helped us insert and streamline process with our sales teams while improving the customer experience. The tools with redlining are particularly helpful and have helped us reduce time spent on redlines, while the flagging of attributes has helped us reduce risk.

We regularly utilize the contract wizard functionality to ensure that our contracts don't have conflicting language and incorporate all necessary. The integration with Microsoft Word makes comparing, editing and redlining easy.
