What do you like best? As we adapt IntApp products, operation is fairly smooth, based on Integration Builder (or so I've heard from IT colleagues). What do you dislike? occasional sync issues; new matters will sometimes not appear properly. Those are the main recurrent issues we've had. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Billing time-entry--it's a straight-forward successful solution.
