What do you like best about Insycle? It's the perfect software for managing an unruly database. The data hygiene "recipes" are easy to understand and setup. Once these are in place, your CRM is better off for it.

"A must have when you deal with a lot of external data in your CRM"
What do you like best about Insycle? Insycle allows to work, compare and import the data in the best way you can imagine into your CRM. It made us gain so much time. We were looking for such a tool for more than a year. Our CRM is now completed with better data, in the easiest way possible !

What do you like best about Insycle? Insycle is invaluable to my team. When I came on to help with the CRM mess, we had difficulty cleaning up the data in our HubSpot portal. Many of our records did not have the email or company URL that you would need to match records in HubSpot. But with Insycle we can look at the pieces of data we do have and find duplicates that way. "Necessary for a clean HubSpot instance"
What do you like best about Insycle? The "recipes" which can be referred to via HubSpot workflow are extremely useful. Using the trigger "create date is known" means that you can apply all the formatting rules you'd like across any record, regardless of where it was sourced from, by cleaning data up at the point it enters Hubspot.

What do you like best about Insycle? Having used both Ringlead and Validity DemandTools I am very happy to see the same features included in Insycle. Insycle support is superior to the other two competitors I mentioned.

"Easy way to import data"
What do you like best about Insycle? I really like how easy it is to use the Magical Import feature. It imports data quickly and efficiently. I like that you can also create lists in our email service provider directly from Magical Import, and either upload to your new list or to an existing one.
