Decent but too many glitches

What do you like best? I like the work flow and the fact that the program allows you to shift between multiple work stations seemlessly. What do you dislike? There are a few updates that probably need to be done and work does not auto save. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am sharing different work problems with people in the office as well as around the world with little to no effort.
