Used to work wonderfully
Used to work wonderfully, but it no longer does. Possibly on the Social Bridge side but support will pull you through a constant loop asking you to repeat the same steps over and over without any real resolution. I'd stay away from these folks for now. Too bad, because it did garner plenty of new followers for about 6 months.

No answer from support
I have tried to contact the support via email and via their website several times but I don't get an answer. I am waiting for invoices and billing information.

Insanely bad service and non-functional
Tried this out since many were recommending it - payed 2$ up front for a 5-day trial. I've spent approx 2 hours compiling Instagram ID's, so I could create a Target with a .csv file. After contacting support, I got an ''answer'' the first time around, which didn't answer my question at all, and just seemed as a bot that sent out automated standard answers, which did not fit my question. Then I tried asking a new question, in regards to creating a target, but it not creating it or running ...

Very bad service.
Very bad service. They asked me to download an android app in order for it to work, I ask for refund, They ignore me since then.

Does not work and I cannot contact support
I have always used instazood, but for the past few days it has not been working. I try to contact support and I can't. Do you have any direct email to send? I am able to login as normal to use Instazood, but when I try to support it gives an error.

Support is impossible to contact
Support is impossible to contact. My twitter won't log in and is just freezing. The paid days aren't working at all.
