Used to work fine a year ago.
Used to work fine. For months now they just steal money. I paid twice for 30 days and never got anything. Customer support doesn't reply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Is it possible to give zero stars?
Is it possible to give zero stars? I feel like I'm being too generous even scoring them 1. Been trying to contact them about a payment issue for over 2 months now... No response to any of my 6 messages. Very VERY poor. Massively gone downhill - use a different provider.

Peggio di così non si può!
Da quando hanno cambiato il sito la situazione è anche peggio di prima!Ho pagato due volte per aggiungere giorni e non è successo nulla (ma i soldi li hanno presi!)Inutili tutti i tentativi di contattarli. La chat non esiste. Se si prova ad aprire un ticket viene fuori un errore di pagina non trovata. Da metà settembre quasi tutti i giorni provo a contattare tramite la form di supporto, ma nessuno si è mai fatto sentire. Le mail di supporto sono altrettanto inutili!

The 2$ trial is not working, you pay but you're account is still blocked and ask to pay the 2$ again! Do not buy the 2$ trial!

Avoid this company
Avoid this company been saying the same things over and over for 3 weeks. said would transfer me to technical team, saying they made a new update asking me to wait 3hours and reconnect with the app and rechecked just keep repeating these for 3 weeks while I asked for help to fix the app but didn't work so I asked for refund but they refused to and repeat the same solution
