Highly recommend the product to everyone
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like the fact that Instapage offers various levels of subscription including free service. Before purchasing, you can use the free service in order to see whether the product meets your needs and expectations or not. What do you like best? creating a landing page is very easy and fast. I already have 75 landing pages. What do you dislike? We like Instapage, but...
We like Instapage. However, the recent price hike does not sit well with us. We weren't given notice and the move seems like a cash grab. Owing to the fact that many of the Instapage customers use the service to host landing pages for multiple clients, it's not very easy for us to get up and move to another service, so this felt like they capitalised on the fact that they hold our pages hostage. Poor reporting software
Poor reporting – I have created two landing page campaigns and both haven't reported the correct information. When I have contacted online chat, they are very helpful and friendly but one employee ensured me my issue would be dealt with in 24 hours. It wasn't and 10 days later I'm still without Instapage even though my company is paying for it.Not reliable or responsive to big issues.
