Great Tech, Poor Customer Service

The tech itself if is pretty great, but the customer support is definitely lacking. Especially considering that they recently increased the fee for the tool.I've been trying to get a conversion tracking issue fixed - I've chatted with multiple reps and they provide conflicting information. I've requested phone support and they let me know that phone support is only available from 9pm PST to to 3am PST. I'm on central time. So the earliest I could talk to someone is 11pm. It makes no sense ...

I've had really good and really bad experiences Instapage. 1. Customer Service: I feel some need more training. For example, I've had one customer service representative tell me that it is not possible to pass user info from the Instapage form to our registration form because our execution is not the same as what is mentioned in their resources... the rep was wrong considering I was able to workaround it. Quick, Simple and Effective Landing Pages from Instapage!

What do you like best? I've used plenty of WYSIWYG Creative tools for websites and landing pages over the years. Instapage wins my vote for being the most effective and user friendly. What do you dislike? I don't like the way they put together the different package features. It was going to cost quite a bit extra for one feature I really wanted/needed. The only and ONLY matter with my user experience is the ausence of friendly Validation of data options in the forms properly say. My Public talk spanish and I cant acept to talk to support just for change mi field label to match yours and let me do a simple task: validate a simple phone number but in spanish when we are talking about a landing page creator. After that the rest is a beatiful and simple yet powerfull tool for people with almost no "know how" like me.Sorry for my poor english, ...

Instapage is not very good

What do you like best? I like the ability to tracks leads easily What do you dislike? It's not responsive, there is no full width site option, you can't do background videos, there is no true parallax, you can fully control the mobile version, mobile version always looks stupid.
