PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Very helpful support and the trial period is amazing as well.The tool is very fluid and intuitive so it really saves you time in creating marketing tools for blogging and marketing for clients.Great selection of templates for almost all purposes plus you are able to build your own design in less than 5 minutes or so.SUPER GOOD TOOL from a very professional company or brand.

You seriously need to improve...
You have a decent service, but you don't provide an efficient way to communicate bugs or service flaws. You also don't provide a public roadmap of things you are working on, and support forum answers are all like "Thank you. We will see what can we do in the future". For example, spam protection (a simple captcha should be at top of your priorities to avoid fake leads. Tried them all - IP wins!
I think it’s the best landing page platform out there — it has the most polished UX, and the best templates (after trying many others, including Lead Pages and ClickFunnels. But the pricing is a bit expensive for fewer features. For example, Lead Pages comes with a/b testing at its $79/month tier, but InstaPage's $79 tier doesn't come with it -- I’d have to spend $129/month to get access to that feature on InstaPage.I still decided to become a paying customer because I think it’s a great ...

It was good until they doubled the…
It was good until they doubled the price with customer service not taking responsibility and not bothering to give a straight answer.it was $350 a year and now it is $828 if you pay in advance with the cheapest option which they are forcing everyone to do, I will go elsewhere I still have 6 months left and now I can't even get my pages to work avoid avoid avoid
