Instapage is a very user friendly site to create webpages, most in under a day. I was able to create a landing page almost instantly. The tools are very easy and I was able to pick them up quickly. It doesn't require too much training to get started with Instapage, and once you've learned how to make one page, you can create any webpage you want. Nothing I know beats the user experience of this site. Although they have some bugs with images, their support is very friendly and will be glad ...

Bad Customer Service

As a paying customer, I experienced many bugs with the software. I tried to contact the support team multiple times. The first time, no solution was provided to the bug. The second time, a quick fix was provided, but quickly bugged again. The third time, I asked for a credit for all the time lost on our side dealing with this pressing issue. I was supposed to get a follow-up from management in 24 hours and I didn't. I asked for someone to call me and deal with this issue ASAP, and they told ...

Great platform, terrible customer service (in my experience)

What do you like best? I believe the platform is incredibly versatile and provides a great range of capabilities and templates for landing page development and campaign flow. What do you dislike? I had a very small issue with the "settings" HTML code interfering with an HTML block i had inserted on my page. The header was the standard google conversion tracking code, and the HTML block was a simple embedded video. I know enough to realize they are contradicting each other somehow, but ...
