Good product & helpful support!

I'm not a professional web designer, but I used Instapage to build landing pages for the last 6 months. I loved its features (heatmaps, form-specific conversion tracking, high customizability), and what I was able to design through it. My biggest complaint is about how it formats pages for mobile--they always looked totally wrong and I would spend hours reformatting/respacing them. You'd think that the platform would be intelligent enough to transfer your design, but it always messed it up. ...

Great tool, terrible support

Great tool. Horrendous customer support. No live chat option in western Europe. No number to call listed anywhere. Our business account has a bug which makes it impossible to upgrade but now we get an error message threatening to delete all our pages if we don't upgrade. Email help doesn't reply and no other way to figure this out.

What do you like best? I love how easy it is to create an LP, and integrate it with other tools we use. What do you dislike? Some minor bugs in the editor, but overall not deal-breaking. What do you like best? I love how quickly I can put together a beautiful landing page for events webinars or any other type of promotion I can think of. I love how intuitive the interface is and a one-month trial to get me comfortable figuring everything out. What do you dislike?
