"I had an issue with my free trial and they handled it immediately."
What do you like best about Instantly? They offer email warming and full cold email campaigns. They have everythign you need in one platform, so you can save time and energy by using just this software. It was extreamly easy to implement the software in my day to day outreach. What do you like best about Instantly? The way you can customize emails and also send multiple follow ups. The help desk is very responsive as well What do you dislike about Instantly? "Amazing customer support all the way!"
What do you like best about Instantly? Interface is clean and easy to use. Every time I was stuck, support was always there to help with specific actionable information. I also love the fact I can warm up as many emails as I want. I even added my primary business email o warm it up properly before I started to manually reach out to investors. Overall a great tool! "Support is quick to respond and really goes the extra mile to help"
What do you like best about Instantly? The support response time has been top tier. Other services take days to respond, with these guys it's minutes. What do you dislike about Instantly? Some of the tech set up could be easier and more automated (specifically dkim, dmarc etc) which is a foreign concept for a lot of us. What problems is Instantly solving and how is that benefiting you? Email CRM, email campaigns and most importantly properly warming my email accounts.

What do you like best about Instantly? Fast costumer service, nice results - reply, lead tagging, unibox, diferent spaces What do you dislike about Instantly? I think it lacks the option to archive campaigns, the bounce rate is generalized and we cannot filter through the date range, sometimes de reply/open rate seems a little wonky - like 300% open rate and etc. Lead space is also expensive.
