"Very good, functional cold B2B emailing software."

What do you like best about Instantly? Does the job simply and well. It's a crowded, fairly commoditized space, but this is a good tool. What do you dislike about Instantly? Lead finder did not work well for me. Better off using a different tool for sourcing. What problems is Instantly solving and how is that benefiting you? Cold B2B selling

"Pretty darn easy for a not-so-easy thing"

What do you like best about Instantly? Instantly has a user-friendly interface that I appreciate. For the most part, it's fairly easy to use, and easy on the eyes, too. Support has been pretty good, as well. What do you dislike about Instantly? Some things are not so obvious. For example, if someone books a meeting *without* replying to an email first, not only do they continue to get automated messages from me, but it is NOT obvious how to find their record in order to make sure they ...

"Gets The Job Done Efficiently"

What do you like best about Instantly? Lots of options for throttling emails and managing the campaigns What do you dislike about Instantly? Lack of overall prospect data management What problems is Instantly solving and how is that benefiting you? Instantly helps us manage our outbound sales campaigns by throttling email sequences. It helps us warm up the emails, control daily limits, and has a unibox that allows us to handle responses to multiple email addresses in one inbox.

"Very user friendly / simple interface for people new to cold email"

What do you like best about Instantly? Setting up sequences is easy. Verifying contacts and warming up domains is very simple. Lots of videos and support for doing it on your own. Support is very responsive so my team was able to troubleshoot issues or questions very easily and get a response within a few hours. What do you dislike about Instantly? As we grow I'd like more training on cold email stratgy, proven titles, tested scripts and resources for A/B testing different variables. What ...

"It's been better than I expected"

What do you like best about Instantly? I am the type of person where I get a bit hesistant when it comes to signing up for these things. Cold email was something I knew I needed for my business, but I figured I'd give Instantly a try. The part I was worried about was is that if I needed help that it would take days to get the answer I needed. . . Instantly was not the case, I asked about 8 or 9 questions and they got back to me within 10 minutes to help. So far I'm still figuring out the ...

"Very good tool with a great price point!"

What do you like best about Instantly? The tool is easy to use, and what is more important it's easy to connect your email to it. There are great visual/video instructions on how to use the tool. Also, unlike other tools Instantly doesn't "force" you to pay more money if you want to have more emails connected. This is very useful for small teams (like in my company) that want to send focused email campaigns. What do you dislike about Instantly? In the most basic plan that I'm using (Growth) ...
