This is a minor dislike but the instructions for setup aren't idiot-proof. Early software issue was never fully resolved from tech support. Instantly tech support is outsourced and not in house. What problems is Instantly solving and how is that benefiting you? I can send campaigns to contact hundreds of emails that I uploaded easily into the system.
