What do you like best? The service! They provide one of the best services I've ever experienced as a tech client of a third party company. What do you dislike? The inaccuracy of the data provided in the webpage and reality. When we added Instabug to the app we are working on, the app was way heavier than what Instabug said it would be. What do you like best? Best support. All questions at least acknowledged within 30 mins or less, 7 days a week. What do you dislike? Would like a little more customization (such as colors) to fit in more with my app. Recommendations to others considering the product: Don't forget their startup discount. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Use it for crash reports mainly. The other stuff (such as Surveys) as just icing on the cake. ...

What do you like best? Easily track the path to the crash. The occurrence feature is really nice because you can literally track what the user did until the crash. What do you dislike?
