What do you like best? Instabug is quite simply the best in-app feedback and bug tracking tool available on the market. We would not be in business right now without Instabug due to fickle nature of our customers. Instabug is really easy to integrate and offers a very useful set of basic features to get you started building and evaluating your beta app. We used it mainly for bug/crash reporting and feedback collection in our beta app and it worked amazingly well. Quick integration of Instabug has saved us a ton of time

What do you like best? The ability to funnel bugs and feature requests into Jira has sped up our development cycle quite a bit. Integration with our mobile app was surprisingly easy and we started saving time on QA testing the next day. What do you dislike? Not much. I've had a great experience so far working on configuration with the Instabug team. Wonderful way to record all problems and ideas that come up during app development.

What do you like best? I love that it is so easy to write down an idea or problem when I am in the app. Not only are all my thoughts recorded but they are funneled into my product management tool instantly so I don't have to deal with organizing a laundry list of thoughts later. What do you dislike? It is a bit pricy for startups but well worth it. I also wish I could remove the 'report a bug' and 'suggest an improvement' and make more specific customizations.
