What do you like best? The fact that just by shaking you can provide feedback helps users and testers provide information effortlessly. Also the ability to provide a screenshot or screen recordings and edit the image to highlight where is the issue. What do you dislike? Needs some perfectioning, but very good product

What do you like best? The feedback loop has become really short. What do you dislike? Integration was a little hard. Also the extra permissions required for the app gives a bad user experience. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's worth it when you need feedback. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are in the pilot phase of a B2B app. It really saves so much time and gives confidence in our product.
