What do you like best? Instabug's bug reporting features have been very helpful in discovering discrepancies between our (the developers' expectations and those of our users. The crash reporting has also been invaluable, and has helped us eliminate many potential problems prior to releasing builds. What do you dislike? We rely on Instabug daily with our app and integration with our tracking tools is brilliant
What do you like best? Super simple to collect feedback on our mobile app and have it integrated with GitHub, Clubhouse and Trello for traiaging and acting on. Support has always been very responsive. What do you dislike? Wish we used it less and had less bugs. We also use it as a tool to get customer feedback by invoking via an app menu, but it always automatically attache a screenshot with the feedback menu, which is annoying.
