What do you like best? The detail log help me find the bug root. I can track the user activity. What do you dislike? Notifications for Android doesn't work properly. The two things I like the most about this product are 1 Easy for users to give us feedback and to follow up with them, and 2 This tool gives us a passable set of tools each of which has its own external tool generally which helped us get started. Gaining insight in issues directly from the customers

What do you like best? I like how detailed the information related to a customer issue or bug/crash is. What do you dislike? The UI of how the information is provided i.e. customer issue or bug/crash needs some getting used to. May be distinguish between different sections using different colours. One application which satisfied all my needs!

What do you like best? After from crash report generation, Insta bug is acting as like a project management tool. Customer Support is awesome. What do you dislike? Best Crash Reporting framework so far!!

What do you like best? The event tracking leading to a crash is a pretty cool feature. We can log queries that lead to crash and check it in real time. What do you dislike? No Filtering of crashes per app version should be there. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We brought down the crashes from 4% to 0.7%.
