Inspectlet website session recording is top notch
What do you like best? I like that all the "fluff" that many of their competitors use to increase the price substantially is stripped away. I love the fact that their is no training our help manual needed to be successful with this tool. You can jump right in and master it in no time. The pricing has more than paid for itself in the actionable learning we have created. I can create filters to group together sessions for just about anything I would like to pull together. Good for money
What do you like best? Nice heat mapping tools. System is pretty flexible to allow us to change up recording needs to meet seasonal trends. What do you dislike? Page being recorded is cached, so what we see in the system is not always what the user was looking at. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? UX issues and other hang ups that our customers are having. Identifying what areas of our site users are most often navigating to.

What do you like best? It records the user sessions and plays them so that we can understand the exact behavior of the user. It can segregate the user by IP, country, region, pages etc. Tagging is also a very nice feature which helps the developer/Inspectlet user to quickly find the desired session to view.
