Excellent tool for Sales Analytics
What do you like best? InsightSquared has excellent reporting and dashboarding capabilities that far exceed native Salesforce reporting. Intuitive filters, historical reporting, great visuals, and awesome customer service are all a part of the package. The InsightSquared tool is a fantastic add on to Salesforce
What do you like best? The support team are second to none and are always on hand to help with any questions I have. What do you dislike? Adding Goals can be tricky at the beginning but is easy once you know what you are doing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? By using InsightSquared I am able to quickly see where we are in relation to goals set. It also saves me countless hours by automatically making sense of the data.

What do you like best? The data visualization is very helpful to understand where the key drivers of your business are being utilized or underutilized by the sales team. Fantastic tool to visualize your Salesforce data!
What do you like best? The report and dashboards in IS2 provides analysis on our Sales data not currently available in Salesforce. It is simply another tool in the toolbox to provide leadership with insights on how your sales team is performing. The on board training and support team have been excellent as well. Great Reporting Tool with excellent support
What do you like best? Easy configuration with great support. It took a couple of days and almost no work on our side to get this up and running. The support was very helpful to answer all our questions and also encouraged us to ask questions. Also, we like to work with some kind of snapshot reportings, which were much easier to handle than to create them through Salesforce. Excellent sales analytics for monitoring sales productivity and pipeline trends
What do you like best? Many useful ways to review sales performance data using standard and custom reports and dashboards. Also like being able to click right into Salesforce.com to see & take action on underlying data. What do you dislike?
