User-friendly with Information at your fingertips

What do you like best? I have been using InsightSquared for almost 2 years. It is completely user-friendly and I can generate reports in a few clicks. My favorite feature is My Dashboard which was easy to set up to show my customized reports at a glance in near real-time. What do you dislike? The calls I made, the amount of time I spent on the phone, my cash in if I made a placement, as well as how many send outs I had.
