Easy way to keep track of activity and sales forecast!

What do you like best? I like how the Dashboard is set up. it's good to have an overview of everything and be able to access everything with one click. What do you dislike? The delay in forecast - it takes several hours for the information to appear on my dashboard. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It gives everyone within the business a good overview of their targets, their sales activity, and overview of the company target etc. ...

What do you like best? I like that it objectively let's you know where deals stand. It provides better forecasting for sales. What do you dislike? So far it's great. I don't really have any issues with it. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Pipeline management and risk reduction become much easier with this product. It allows me to accurately forecast deals.

The dashboards on Insight Squared are very helpful!

What do you like best? I like that it tracks your daily activity and compares you to co-workers so you can view overall team/individual standings. I also like the nightly update emails to show that day's productivity. What do you dislike? I don't like that there is not a way to edit tracking information. Insightsquared has opened so many doors to the ways we can use our data.

What do you like best? As a professional services firm that also sells SaaS, we use Salesforce differently than your typical setup. IS2 has been so great working with us to customize reports and helping us figure out the best ways to alter our SF setup to improve the data we're getting out of IS2. What do you dislike? Effective, easy way to keep track of successes and processes

What do you like best? One major effective tool for me is the daily emails that allows me to track client submissions on a daily basis: it saves me time every morning.
