What do you like best? We have been partners with InsightSquared now for several months. The integration was seamless and the support offered is unparalleled. Our relationship manager is very responsive and willing to help/train at the drop of a hat. What do you like best? I like that insightsquared is very user friendly and gives you metrics information to keep track of your goals. What do you dislike? Best Business Analytic's Software for Salesforce

What do you like best? Extremely cool user interface combined with some great insights and a customer support team that is par excellence. What do you dislike? The dashboards sometimes display the wrong data. You have to go back and forth between Salesforce and insightsquared to identify the error and then work with the support team to rectify it. Good customer service, a good array of pre-made views into your data, easy to view things from many different angles (e.g. by employee, by job order, etc and over many different time spans, easy to plug in data sources.
