Overall end user support and dymanic reporting
What do you like best? The feature to utilize basic SQL to build complex graphs and charts. InsightSquared also allows us to apply dynamic filters and to modify the data in real-time. InsightSquared knows how sales organizations run and they provide actionable reporting, unlike SFDC.
What do you like best? It's easy to use and intuitive. It has most of the reports I would need OOTB and what's missing they have been able to help us add. What do you dislike? Really Cool Insights for the Ops Nerds
What do you like best? Out of the box insights for activity turn ratios, MRR Matrix, customizable dashbards. What do you dislike? Many changes/enhancements have to be done via CSM, and I prefer to get my hands dirty to figure stuff out. What do you like best? Insight Squared was recommended to me by a board member at least six years ago and I've used them at every company since. I love the continuous dashboard visuals and predictive nature of close rates by sales member, team and organization while being much more user friendly than salesforce. InsightSquared is a Crucial Sales Analytics tool
What do you like best? Powerful, intuitive pre-built dashboards to analyze sales team performance. It makes it possible to answer any question I (or any member of my team) have while also prompting me to ask questions I hadn't thought of yet. What do you dislike? What do you like best? One of the best things is that I have got rid of the spread sheets and manual maintenance of the data, thus it has saved my time. What do you like best? The customization of the reports fascinates me, there is no program that makes it as perfect as this one. The installation process is simple, nothing cumbersome, running it is even easier because it has very common tools that I had seen before. Its templates are excellent. What do you dislike?
