Great platform that helps you generate real insights

What do you like best? Ease of use, dashboard mode, email notifications, and cadences What do you dislike? Set-up is key and needs the right amount of resources and investment, to make sure data is well plugged and clean What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Visual insights and views of all sales data, including pipe, win-rates, and other sales driven metrics

Somewhat confusing to use but also very accurate.

What do you like best? I like the fact that its a quick snapshot into deals and pipeline. its very easy navigate to see your closed deals and roll up amount but somewhat confusing to understand the figures. What do you dislike? The fact that it can be confusing to understand the roll up of forecasting. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using for forecasting and understanding deal sizes and closed deals.

Salesforce + InsightSquared = Happiness

What do you like best? IS2 provides us with much deeper reporting capabilities than we could accomplish solely with SFDC. It has become our main source of analysis whether we are updating investors, running pipeline reviews, or unearthing operational trends. What do you dislike? I wish there was slightly more customization allowed without me having to contact my Customer Success Rep. They are very responsive and helpful, but I would love a little more freedom with report customization. ...

Amazing historical insight that Salesforce can't give me

What do you like best? The flexibility of the reports we can pull as well as the historical analysis of our sales pipeline and deals is incredible. This tool has given us the insight we need to optimize our funnel, overall company performance, and make smarter predictions about our future. What do you dislike? easy to use and customize

What do you like best? I love that you can make customizations to each of the dashboards. You can view your metrics/performance across YTD, MTD, All time etc functions and drilldown to specific daily activities. i also love that you can get customized reports to your email - or forward to a client/team directly from the insightsquared webpage! What do you like best? Captures a lot of important data in a pretty organized way. What do you dislike? Pretty hard to navigate as a new user. Way too many options that can probably organized. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Benchmarks, monthly/annual/quarterly goals.

Addictive Tracking

What do you like best? I like competing against myself and insightsquared makes it incredibly easy. What do you dislike?
