What do you like best? Snapshot reporting, wonderful staffs and response to our queries on time What do you dislike? Have been the using the tool for a year now, Nothing specific that I dislike What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I like the way it snapshots our CRM data at different points in time. Helps with several snapshot reporting we are looking for and provides a great view of data over time.

What do you like best? Easy to manipulate the charts; "insights" I wouldn't have uncovered otherwise; responsive account manager What do you dislike? Minimal customization of charts, inability to create own reports, big learning curve to understand where everything is located on the site What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sales forecasting. We are regularly viewing unique reports that would be very difficult to create from Salesforce
