"Very good in tracking the quarterly goals"
What do you like best about Insights? The best part of the OpaConnect is that I can plan the quarterly, Half yearly and annual goals and can see from anywhere in the world. Tracking is very easy.

What do you like best about Insights? It's UI, is simple, pretty, very intuitive to use, it has simple functionality that allows setting specific goals and objectives for each person and a simple way to track the amount of work or effort in a timely manner. Integration with google calendar to schedule meetings has been a pretty good feature to have.

What do you like best about Insights? Systematically tracking employee performance in transparency manner and open information exchange across an organization. It is nicely designed to engage employees through ongoing conversations.The User Interface of this product is also appealing and it is simple and transparent solution to employee engagement and evaluation process. Organization don't need any legacy templates to use.
