"Good tool for geographically-distributed teams"

What do you like best about Insights? Opa allows us to keep track of our individual goals as well as overall team goals. Since we're a geographically-dispersed team, it helps us maintain transparency and accountability. It's also great for remote bosses. Their team also offers personalized support.

What do you like best about Insights? I like that you are able to create your own goals and are accountable for them. I enjoy you are able to shout people out on the message board. I like that you need to have a time frame when a goal will be reached or a task will be achieved.

What do you like best about Insights? I find the interface really intuitive and nicely designed, and I like the fun animations :) I also find the reminders to be useful

"Overall good experience "

What do you like best about Insights? The site is very easy to use and makes it easy to create goals for yourself. I liked that i did not have issues submitting my goals or going back to edit them. I also enjoy the visual design of this site. Its very easy to find everything because it is all right in front of you.
