"Performance review made easy to follow up"

What do you like best about Insights? 1;1s are easy to follow. Also, preparing for your 1:1s, as they make you go through your goals and tasks before yo have your 1:1 with you manager. I like that they don't use scores and that you can assign accountability to your tasks by finding ways to define when you are behind, ahead or on track.
