What do you like best about Insights? I have used insights at a previous company, and still reference my insights in my current role. It truly shapes how best people work, and communicate. This helps interactions on the day to day basis.

"Performance review made easy to follow up"
What do you like best about Insights? 1;1s are easy to follow. Also, preparing for your 1:1s, as they make you go through your goals and tasks before yo have your 1:1 with you manager. I like that they don't use scores and that you can assign accountability to your tasks by finding ways to define when you are behind, ahead or on track.

What do you like best about Insights? Process for Peer is very clear, which is easy to navigate to previous quarterly reviews on a single page. we can also ask reviews from other teams using 365 review option.
