"Great free platform"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? For tracking calls and meetings, this is the best. It also has great company/contact connections. Easy to use and integrate. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? I wish it had a kanban feature. It would also be helpful if there was a built in timer. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking calls and meetings are easy to track with insightly!

"Communication and Organization Simplified"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It can serve as a singular place for all emails, documents, attachments, contact info, and more. Really great planning and organization software. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The interface could be a bit smoother/easier to navigate, but overall I am satisfied. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Cross-user project visibility, client communications, project portal.

"Absolutely excellent CRM however gets some basics wrong"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? THe UX is very simple which promotes adoption, and core features are best in class for the price tag. The tag system and easy Zapier integration mean that advanced functionality can be achieved at a very reasonable price. Integration with Mailchimp is also a huge win. "Insightly for customer management"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Easy to keep track of different customers and automate emails. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? I think it could be better organized with the different labels and customer groups. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Honestly, we don't use it as often as when we first started. For our small startup it was extremely useful in managing leads and cold contacts.

"Complete yet no-frills system. Simple enough for new users, good mobile app."

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? What I like best of Insightly is that it has many functions and you can easily "link" different items without any weird constraints other systems have. The web browser based interface is good, looks nice and is pretty responsive (fast). What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like how easy it is to add new contacts and organize information. You can add custom fields easily. This is a pretty easy system to learn and train someone on, which is really nice. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?
