"Great Sales CRM"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I love how it connects to G-Suite and my calendar. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? It isn't really meant for project management. Recommendations to others considering Insightly CRM: More organized Project management. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We are keeping track of our leads and creating follow up. This product makes it so any follow up does not fall through the cracks.

"Fair program that has requires lots of duplication of information"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The filter allowed me to look at different groups easily. I can find notes, contact info, and history quickly. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? I can not link email addresses to my Outlook or use copy and paste, so I literally have to manually write down the email address and type it in. Once I fill in info on a company and its contact person, I need to retype that info into the Contact List. There are lots of great options but each one ...
