"Fair program that has requires lots of duplication of information"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The filter allowed me to look at different groups easily. I can find notes, contact info, and history quickly. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? I can not link email addresses to my Outlook or use copy and paste, so I literally have to manually write down the email address and type it in.
