"Great product and always improving"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Easy to use and I really like the interface. It is great how it automatically creates contacts from emails. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Emails a bit confusing. We want to use it for emailing, but have decided to just copy our insightly email and bcc. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping sakes from double calling leads

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? What I like the best about Insightly is that I can see if and when an email was opened and any links/attachments. I love being able to create email templates so I don't have to type a full email. Insightly's app helps me to respond to leads in a timely manner by sending me notifications while on the go. "A great CRM tool that stands up to the big dogs"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Loved the full featured CRM platform in general and loved that fact that it was free for first two users. This allowed my small company to utilize a great CRM platform while we were small with no cost and as we grow we will become a paid user.
