What do you like best about Insightly CRM? We love the ability to customize fields that is very important to us. The import and export feature is also important so we can make bulk edits. So far Insightly has been developed in a way that makes things easy to setup and start using right away, but also gives you a good deal of customization which is essential to the intricacies of our business. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I love how it connects to G-Suite and my calendar. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? It isn't really meant for project management. Recommendations to others considering Insightly CRM: More organized Project management. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We are keeping track of our leads and creating follow up. This product makes it so any follow up does not fall through the cracks.
