What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Love the easy to use interface. Our team has learned to use this and it's been a wonderful asset to connecting with our clients. The phone app is great. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? You can link everything with the platform. People, organisation, task and calendar. You can also sync with your email so you can track your exchange with a prospect. And hoo.. the App is great for when you are on the road so you can access all your prospect data from your phone.
