"Keeps contacts organized"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like how easy it is to search contacts and organizations. Being able to assemble them into a report and export it as a mailing list is invaluable. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It's simplicity. Most platforms have taken the functionality too far. Salesmen generally know they're pipeline, they just need a way to organize follow up and know what was last mentioned. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?
