What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like that one is able to move from one page to another and using the notes is helpful for this line of business. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? I would recommend insighlty to be more specific when using tags to make excel reports easier and cleaner for the users. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I love that they have free version that you can use and that you have an option to upgrade to a paid version. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Having the application web based makes it very flexible. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? There is NO proactive support for the product. We have huge problems with the email system which, when contact support, they say "oh yes there is a problem with that" yet they have never said a word about it even though they knew it was an issue. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I enjoy how I may easily compose emails, check notes, verify info, and see when my emails have recently been read on Insightly. Is actually all right there in addition to I may easily create web templates that insert the consumers name when just mailing out the template. Is actually absolutely fantastic! What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Unsightly allows you to organize projects contacts and business development while tracking progress which is great. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The project management side of it could use improvement. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Great way to organize business development and progress through new leads. Also serves as a great database to store all contacts while categorizing.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like how easy the platform is to use. It doesn't require much experience with CRM's. It is user friendly and intuitive. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? So far I haven't found anything that it doesn't do that I need it to do. Recommendations to others considering Insightly CRM: Can't go wrong with it. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I enjoy being able to connect every contact, lead, organization to everything within the CRM system. I can connect contacts to organizations, organizations to other organizations and quickly convert leads into contacts.
