What do you like best about Insightly CRM? It is very easy to use. You can get onto Insightly and understand most of what it is going on. We can change and adapt the program to what we need to it do for our business. If we need to create more custom fields, more drop down options, or more tags. "Suitable when your company is small"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like the ability to set tasks for follow up. It also had some nice integrations with my email and Linkedin which was very useful when talking to high level prospects. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? It doesnt integrate with many of our scheduling applications. We had to use a separate product for the automated email campaigns that we would run.
