What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Great cost. Fairly powerful CRM system and reasonably intuitive to use. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? No easy way to get answers to questions. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? The features make the program so easy to use and the fact that there is support on hand to explain any issues that the training videos did not cover is such a big bonus

"Good idea, but difficult to get what we needed out of the app"

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I really like how easy it is to add contacts, setup leads and send emails to contacts/set up email campaigns. I also like the flow of the app and how tabs expand as needed as well as integration with a mobile app for on-the-go work. I also like the easy addition of tags throughout the app...makes it easy to quickly grab the list I need.
