What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I love that we are able to keep all of our leads and clients on track throughout the pipeline. We are able to personalize the CRM to tailor toward exactly what we need in order to keep our clients and tasks organized. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? The way you can query data from reports while still in the user-friendly database is unmatched. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? You can only use eight filters on your customized reports. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? We're solving issues concerning solar installations. Insightly helps us keep a close eye on ETA and other important dates.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I liked having the ability to track my opportunities from start to finish while keeping the information clear and separate. "As an Insightly user, I'm overall happy with it."

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like the project Kanban view best. It's a quick visual of all the projects we're working on, who's in charge, and the due date. I also really like the ability to search through all projects by different fields. It helps me find projects comparable to what I'm currently working on. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I needed something affordable and expandable that did not require an IT department to figure out. Insightly fit that perfectly. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I really like the fact that I don't have to type in the entire name of a customer, and it already pops out almost immediately in the TOP SEARCH RESULTS. "Great App and Excellent Support / Account Management Staff."

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Our company loves this app. Its very helpful onboarding clients with Pipelines and Activity Sets. Activity Sets are pre-programmed tasks that will deploy based on a date, category and who it's assigned to. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM?
