I would like improved two-way integration with MailChimp What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Insightyly has provided a single integrated view of all my buisness relationships - cusotmers, suppliers and partners - with deeply integrated task and project management facilities that mean we never drop the ball.

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? quick record notes and reviews I love how i can rely on the information being protected and easily accessible What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? navigation from one tab to next when using search What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? memory and data storage Once increased, than the benefits of quick review of records

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I enjoy the dashboard. It is simple to understand and shows you quantitative data to pull for reporting purposes. We also track the progress of our clients and can keep on top of the comms. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? It is a little tricky to navigate the back end without training. If you have little to no experience with CRM systems, it can take a little while to learn the new approaches and identify a method that works for you. What ...

What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Great system to use to create a database of clients and contacts and all pertinent information regarding sales etc. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? It can be a little confusing when trying to create a report. Could be simplified a little more. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Customizable and scalable to our unique needs. The pricing is very valuable for the spend. I like that Insighgtly is constantly improving its integrations with external software. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The edit areas can get stuck after filling out a note for example, and they won't update until the page is refreshed. It is cumbersome compared with other similar editable boxes I have used. "I use it every day. User-friendly and robust features."
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Insightly is easy to use, understand, and navigate. I like that I can link everything from Gmail and my Google products. My favorite feature by far is the opportunites dashboard. I like the idea of tracking my leads from start to finish and updating along the way is so easy allows for seamless follow-through.
