"Using for Real Estate"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I like how I can have opportunities (for my potential clients/listings) and then convert them to projects (for the listing/sale). Ability to use tags so I can easily identify who has purchased/sold a home with me in a given year. I set reminders to check on my projects (listings/sales) already in progress, with clients. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I have been looking around for a long time for a CRM with good features and accessible pricing and Insightly combine both powerful features and budget pricing. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? I love the customization of Insightly. Out of the box, it works... yet you can create custom views, filters, fields, and reports. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Visually, it looks great and less cumbersome than other CRMs. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? It does not have enough fields for certain things, it's hard to keep track of notes, and it creates duplicates too easily. It also doesn't integrate with many other software. What do you like best about Insightly CRM? So far, Insighly is easy to upload information. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? It can be a bit confusing as to where certain customer lists are found. What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping my contacts/prospects in one place.

"Works well but requires a lot of discipline to get the value"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? All in one place CRM and easy to pass on leads back and forth between team members. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? Some fo the screens are a bit clunky, and I found it hard to use as a simple task list for this is what I need to do today What problems is Insightly CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? I was using an excel spreadsheet which worked fine for just me, but as my team grew we needed to have a more robust system.

"Worst CRM you could possible use!!!"
What do you like best about Insightly CRM? Nothing. Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I wouldn't recommend this to a single person. What do you dislike about Insightly CRM? The customer support. There is 0. Our account expired earlier this month and I lost all data that was housed in this CRM for over 5 years. I have been calling for 3 days straight up to 14 times a day without a single response. When I submit a support ticket, it is automatically deleted. What ...
